How can I make a return?
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Relora. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused products in their original condition and packaging.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s). To begin the return process, please contact our support team at relora.official@outlook.com to receive the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return, it will usually be processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Refunds are made to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What if my order arrived with a fault?
If you believe your item has a fault upon delivery, please notify us on the day you receive it by emailing relora.official@outlook.com. Include your order number, full name, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description. Providing as much detail as possible helps us resolve the issue quickly.
Problems with delivery
Relora is not responsible for missing parcels that have been delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout or items requested to be left in unsecured locations.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us at relora.official@outlook.com to report it. Please allow additional time for potential courier delays. We cannot issue a refund or replacement until 20 working days after dispatch (25 working days for international orders). If your order has still not arrived after this period, we will arrange a replacement.
Customs Duty and Tax Fees
Relora is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government. If you are unsure, please check your local customs regulations before placing your order.
